Management of reimbursement process of vision aid in compliance with EU directive and local laws, including verification of employee occupational health certification or issuing new occupational health referrals.
Support of employees with disabilities in compliance with EU directive, local laws and corporate procedures to ensure proper selection and provision of required assistance.
Coordination of legally required health promotion programs focused on locally identified risk factors in cooperation with global and local vendors.
Reporting, communication and coordination with local health authorities legally required OH information.
Ongoing vendor management and communication with providers to ensure continuous compliance with OH regulations and optimalization of workflow to ensure minimal disruption of the company's operation.
Optimalization, simplification and automatization of local administrative processes.
Ongoing cooperation with EMEA Medical Director and local HR leaders to ensure compliance of routine and emergency tasks in assigned countries.
Knowledge of local (country of support) Occupational Health and Labor Code regulations
Familiarity with local government procedures.
