Corporate Health specialist

We are looking for Corporate Health Specialist colleagues to support our occupational health processes across multiple countries. This is a flexible, remote position, open to candidates from Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia, with the option to work full-time, part-time, or as a secondary job. Feladatok:

• Occupational Health Management: Oversee legally required medical evaluations, monitor completion, and adjust periodic referrals based on job risks, health conditions, and disabilities.

• Vision Aid Reimbursement: Manage reimbursement processes in compliance with EU directives and local laws. Disability Support:

• Ensure employees with disabilities receive the necessary support in line with corporate policies and EU regulations.

• Health Promotion Programs: Coordinate health initiatives tailored to local risk factors in collaboration with global and local vendors.

• Vendor & Government Communication: Maintain compliance with local OH regulations, liaise with providers, and optimize workflows.

• Process Optimization: Continuously improve and automate local administrative procedures.

• Compliance & Reporting: Work closely with the EMEA Medical Director and local HR teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Elvárások:

• Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Labor Code regulations

• Familiarity with local government procedures and corporate environments
