• Partner with local and regional management to drive business success.
• Lead a team of 8 in local controlling, focusing on talent management and professional development.
• Improve financial and operational performance through forecasting, budgeting, and tracking.
• Manage all plant reporting, including budgeting, month-end processes, and productivity projects.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support internal and external audits of the manufacturing site.

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing and people management.
• Strong understanding of process controls and procedures.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience working in a matrix reporting structure.
• Excellent communication skills both in Hungarian and English.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MS Office applications.
