Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly sales performance reports for the sales management and sales team, providing insights on customer-level performance
  • Report and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the achievements of the sales team
  • Customer portfolio analysis by specific market segments
  • Participate in the budgeting process for the sales area, contributing to the strategic financial planning of the department
  • Conduct downstream market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey across business units, supporting understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Participate in SAP and other IT developments
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to execute projects

Requirements

  • College/University degree in Economics
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales controlling/business analyst, preferably in B2B environment
  • Fluent Hungarian and English in both verbal and written form
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and and self-motivated
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under pressure with keeping deadlines
  • Ability to work in cultural diverse environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel

Nice-to-have

  • SAP SD, FI and BW experience
  • Power BI experience
