Responsibilities

  • Management of Daily Financial Operations – Overseeing company invoices, analyzing transactions, and optimizing financial processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Active Participation in Forecasting – Coordination, planning, and enhancement of financial systems with a focus on optimization.
  • Monitoring and Analysis of Project Finances – Gathering and analyzing financial data for various projects, identifying discrepancies and risks, and reporting them to project managers.
  • Bank Relations – Managing interactions with the company’s banks, handling transactions, preparing credit requests, and monitoring credit limits.
  • Liaison with the Accounting Office – Regular coordination with the accounting office to support monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Financial Support to Other Departments – Assessing financial needs, analyzing budgets, and providing financial advisory services as needed.
  • Invoice Validation – Verifying invoices for compliance with formal requirements and confirming that the services provided align with the agreement, in collaboration with the relevant departments.

Requirements

  • Higher Education Qualification – Degree in Economics or Finance; experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing is a plus.
  • 3-5 Years of Financial Experience – Proven expertise in auditing, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Intermediate Level of English – Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • 3-5 Years of Controlling Experience – Competence in data analysis, budgeting, and managing discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications – Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools.
