Responsibilities

Do you thrive on leading complex projects and bringing ambitious ideas to life? We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with Legal background to implement international educational and sports projects across Europe.

About the role
Your role will be to ensure successful implementation of projects according to contractual requirements and project documentation, delivering outputs on time and within budget. You’ll also play a key part in shaping our future initiatives by preparing new project proposals that support our goals and vision.

To succeed, you’ll need to stay on top of all aspects of ongoing projects — having a deep understanding of each project’s contract and documentation, the activities, deliverables, and other supporting documents. You’ll guide and support the team and partners by distributing workloads, setting deadlines, and following up to make sure deliverables are on track.

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage project implementation: ensure ongoing projects implementation according to contractual requirements and project documentation, meeting their objectives on time and within budget.
  • Manage legal documentation: prepare contracts, supporting documents, reports and ensure all related documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Manage the project team: distribute workloads, set deadlines and monitor progress to ensure project outputs are delivered according to the timeline.
  • Prepare new project proposals: plan and prepare proposals in line with organizational goals, engage suitable partners, and submit complete project proposals.
  • Manage service purchasing: negotiate terms and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Streamline processes: improve existing systems and design new workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as legal counsel.
  • 2+ years managing projects.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of a project.
  • Fluent in Legal English.
  • Highly organized, able to think critically with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Result-driven and highly reliable.
  • Proficient in CRM and collaboration tools, ideally Microsoft’s suite.
  • Open to traveling within the EU and have a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Erasmus or Horizon projects.
  • IPMA certification.
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Driving License.
