  • Key Responsibilities

    • End-to-end contract management: Managing framework, supplier, partner, and service contracts from an operational perspective
    • Service & SLA management: Maintaining and improving the Service Catalogue, SLAs, and related documentation as part of the global service management team
    • Performance management: Supporting the tracking and alignment of KPIs with business objectives
    • Service evaluation: Analyzing SLA and KPI data, identifying gaps, and preparing improvement proposals
    • Stakeholder collaboration: Working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery
    • Contract changes management: Coordinating updates, addendums, and changes in line with business needs
    • Digital contract administration: Managing workflows and records using modern digital tools (SharePoint, Office 365, OneDrive)
    • Process optimization & automation: Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Requirements

  • What We're Looking For

    • 1-2 years of experience in contract management, service management, vendor management, or a related field
    • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
    • Understanding of SLA, KPI, and service management principles
    • Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Comfortable working in an international environment
    • Fluent English (written and spoken) - primary working language
    • Proactive, solution-oriented, independent, and eager to learn
    • Confident in working with data, metrics, and cross-functional stakeholders
