Contract Administrator
Task:
- Support and liaise with internal stakeholders through the contracting phase.
- Prepare draft agreements for new contractors and ensure their accurate documentation and proper record.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the consistency of the information in the system.
- Keep the system up-to-date, including new contractor onboarding and exit processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with internal stakeholders.
- Review existing contracts to identify any non-standard terms or clause
- Assist in the invoicing process and ensure invoicing is handled accurately and in a timely manner
- Help streamline and propose process improvements for contractor-related processes; participate in testing solutions
- Provide support for ad-hoc requests related to contractor agreements and processes.
Expectation:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with legal and processes related to contractor agreements.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
