Contract Administrator

Task:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration of contractor-related processes and agreements. The Contract Administrator will review existing contracts, identify non-standard terms, coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes, and support various stakeholders throughout the contracting phase. This role involves close collaboration with legal, IT and other internal teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation in our systems.
 
  • Support and liaise with internal stakeholders through the contracting phase.
  • Prepare draft agreements for new contractors and ensure their accurate documentation and proper record.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the consistency of the information in the system.
  • Keep the system up-to-date, including new contractor onboarding and exit processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Review existing contracts to identify any non-standard terms or clause
  • Assist in the invoicing process and ensure invoicing is handled accurately and in a timely manner
  • Help streamline and propose process improvements for contractor-related processes; participate in testing solutions
  • Provide support for ad-hoc requests related to contractor agreements and processes.

Expectation:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with legal and processes related to contractor agreements.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
