Commercial services specialist

• Monitoring the commercial services available at the airport (e.g. Business lounges, catering facilities) and checking the quality of services based on specified standards
• Recording and analysing data. Defining action plans, and discussing them with the relevant departments
• Monitoring and collecting passenger feedback data (google reviews, qr-codes), and preparing regular reports and presentations
• Monitoring the value for money of commercial services
• Identification of benchmark areas and monitoring of existing areas based on specified standards
• Carrying out regular mystery shopping
• Continuous liaison with commercial partners
• Organising annual training sessions for commercial tenants

• College or university degree in economy, marketing, or tourism
• 1-3 years work experience in commercial related customer care
• Minimum intermediate level English language usage on daily basis (Hungarian is a must)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Be comfortable in overseeing data’s and charts
• Professional understanding of quality elements of commercial services
• Proactive mindset to enhance service development
• Ability to communicate appropriately in person and in writing
• Customer-focused personality

Terminal 1 is located at Budapest district XVIII. We are easily accessible by bus 200E from Kőbánya-Kispest, Ferihegy railway station is located directly at our premises (trains run every fifteen minutes from the Nyugati Railway Station and Zugló), or by car via the airport express road or the M0 ring road. You don’t have to worry about parking either, you can use P+R parkplace!
