COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Retail

Main responsibilities of the role:
• Owning full responsibility for trade marketing in modern trade, traditional trade channels Water, CSD & Snack categories (complex portfolio of more than 15 brands )
• Planning and implementing long term shopper strategies by identifying the most profitable and relevant shopper activations and opportunities and allocate proper budget across shopper touchpoints
• Leading the monthly business cycle process
• Leading, evaluating and ensuring innovative in-store programs including ideation, production of materials and execution communication to drive off-shelf placement and build brand awareness with consumers, with a focus on 360 degree integration
• Collaborating with key stakeholders (Brand Team, Sales Teams, Category Management) to identify, align and prioritize common sales goals for categories development and joint business annual planning
• Managing national retail marketing calendar, campaigns and all day-to-day communications internally and externally to respective teams, brand partners and key accounts
• Participating in annual marketing plan development to ensure that retail needs are incorporated into the brand plans from the beginning
• Driving shopper analytics, market and competition understanding, brand learnings and action plans in cooperation with Catman
• Managing trade budget
• Lead and develop a team of 4-6 subordinates on different seniority levels
