Client Manager with Chinese and English

We are looking for someone with strong Chinese and English language skills and with working experiences. Your main tasks will be to deal with the inquiries and manage client portfolio at Tax International Services Kft concerning VAT compliance matters.
 
You will communicate with the clients mostly via email and sometimes via phone or social media tools. You will respond to their emails and approach them pro-actively to ensure a high service quality.
 
You will need to cooperate with your colleagues to solve cases within due course. You will have to follow up on the progress to ensure that we deliver what we promised.
 
You will learn the different services we offer and as to how to handle our collaboration platform which is used for client onboarding and for the preparation and submission of the respective VAT reports.

You will learn the basics of VAT compliance so that you understand the needs of our clients better and will be able to assist them.

• Strong communication skills, you are fluent in English and Chinese (reading, speaking and writing).
• Good problem solving skills. You are a precise, reliable and proactive person who is willing to investigate and find the answers to questions instead of just waiting to be told.
• You are a fast learner and a good team player.
• You have good stakeholder and time management skills, you can prioritize, attention to details is your strength.
• 1-2 years of customer services, indirect tax or other related working experiences

Knowledge of further language(s) is an advantage: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, Czech
