Chinese Speaking Customer Service Coordinator (Airfreight & Seafreight) - Diákmunka
Main tasks, works:
- Provide primary interlock between clients and the freight forwarding department
- Help customers with information about our services, invoicing and procedures
- Track and trace shipments and handle escalations as first point of contact
- Support the Sales department with hunting new clients
- Build and maintain long-term, quality relationships with customers
Job expectations:
- Fluent English and Chinese language knowledge
- Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status in logistics/transportation
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
- Working hours
- Availability to work at least 30-40 hours per week
What we offer:
- Gross salary: 2566 Ft/hour
