Chinese Speaking Customer Service Coordinator (Airfreight & Seafreight) - Diákmunka

• Provide primary interlock between clients and the freight forwarding department
• Help customers with information about our services, invoicing and procedures
• Track and trace shipments and handle escalations as first point of contact
• Support the Sales department with hunting new clients
• Build and maintain long-term, quality relationships with customers

• Fluent English and Chinese language knowledge
• Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status in logistics/transportation
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
• Working hours
• Availability to work at least 30-40 hours per week

• Gross salary: 2566 Ft/hour
