Responsibilities
- Provide primary interlock between clients and the freight forwarding department
- Help customers with information about our services, invoicing and procedures
- Track and trace shipments and handle escalations as first point of contact
- Support the Sales department with hunting new clients
- Build and maintain long-term, quality relationships with customers
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- College degree in logistics/transportation or relevant experience
- Fluency in English and Chinese
