The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in the company’s expansion and will be responsible for building scalable financial processes, driving performance management, and ensuring robust financial control across the business.
The role requires a CFO who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, consumer-facing environment, where decision cycles are short and data-driven agility is critical.
Key tasks include:
Champion digitalization in finance through ERP/BI implementation and automation of reporting
Support cross-functional initiatives in sales, HR, legal, and operations with financial analysis and advice
Lead and mentor the finance team; establish a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Lead the development of scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support rapid clinic expansion and acquisitions
Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting; prepare and present regular financial, operational, and market reports to management and the Board.
What you need to have:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MSc/MBA or professional qualification (CPA/ACCA) is an advantage
10–15 years of progressive experience in finance, controlling, audit, or business analysis/business intelligence, ideally gained in multi-site services, healthcare, retail or other consumer-facing industries
Strong analytical mindset with excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, combined with a solid financial background
Proven leadership skills
Experience in fast-growing companies is a strong plus
