WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Min. 3-5 years experience at similar position
• Advanced (C1) level of English
• Innovative attitude and ability to cooperate
• Communication skills and empathy
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Experience with Project Management and Team Management
• Advantage is experience with strategy formulation and implementation

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT

• Continuously seeing and identify opportunities how to improve the Online business.
• Development and leading of the projects which define and deliver new initiatives for Tesco Online business based on customer needs, market trends and opportunity to increase sales & profit growth.
• Evaluate potential ROI against agreed metrics to support prioritization in business and technology plans.
• Having the knowledge of end-to-end Online business to be able to develop and successfully implement changes based on the strategy plan.
• Build and management of high performing team which drives and deliver changes needed for well performing business
• Monitor and understand market changes and trends and be an ambassador of the knowledge across the wider Online team.
• Work with Head of Online Development & Operation to deliver long-term strategic plan for Tesco Online business
