• Coordination of all procurement interfaces involved in a project
• Development of procurement strategies
• Timely procurement of all material and service requirements
• Purchasing of direct materials and services on national and international markets
• Control of the creation of project-specific and framework procurement contracts with the integration of all interfaces and consideration of the multi-project view
• Execution of tenders, supplier selection, supplier management and orders
• Systematic development of cost reduction potentials and synergies
• Development of purchasing strategies and process optimizations in cooperation with domestic and foreign departments
• Procurement market analysis/benchmarking
• Creation of procurement-related key figures / project reporting for project controlling purposes

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed studies in the fields of business administration/technology or comparable or a completed vocational training in a commercial field
• 2-3 years experience as a purchaser in the relevant field and industry (defence, electronic industry, etc.)
• Good knowledge of contract law is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, or SAP and business administration
• Very good English and Hungarian language skills, written and spoken
• German language skills are an advantage
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate good level of self-initiatives, independent and self-reliant action
• Hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel for business
