Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, and monitor marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Set volume and pricing targets and track profitability.
  • Support strategic planning, including WP and 5-year plans.
  • Provide accurate market forecasts and participate in demand meetings.
  • Optimize the product portfolio and identify expansion or rationalization opportunities.
  • Share market insights, monitor industry trends, and adjust strategies.
  • Support new product launches with positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Create marketing materials and digital content for key stakeholders.

Requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in crop protection or agrochemical marketing/product management.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural markets and product lifecycles.
  • Proven campaign, portfolio management, and go-to-market experience.
  • Analytical, strategic, and commercially minded.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, international environments.
