For over 35 years, Medicontur has specialized in the development and manufacture of high-precision IOL systems for the treatment of cataracts and other eye diseases. To complete the changed regulatory requirements, Medicontur is now looking for an ambitious:
 

• Responsible for planning and executing R&D experiments within optics group
• Take part in building Technical Files according to internal processes
• Work with design teams to contribute to formative development study plans, scripts and reports during new product development
• Makes 3D models for marketing purposes
• Collaborating with designers and engineers to improve designs in an iterative and incremental manner
• Evaluating design concepts and prototypes with the involvement of representative users
• Participate in technical design reviews, technical discussions, and risk mitigations
• Harmonize production processes
• Making optic designs in Solidworks
• Leading product verification, validation and design transfer activities

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or clinical area required
• 3 years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Ability to document, plan, and execute projects
• Established project management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Hungarian and English
• Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
• Proven skills in Solidworks
• Experience in research and development setting
• Experience in medical device development, design control, and risk management
