ACTIVE | COMMUNICATIVE | FLEXIBLE | STRESS RESISTANT

• Valid EU or Schengen passport
• At least 18 years of age on the date of entering the company
• Clear criminal record
• Medically/ Physically/Mentally fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
• Fit to fly, good general health, no serious medical condition or chronic diseases
• Yellow fever vaccination required after hiring, financed by Smartwings
• Fluent in written and spoken English (level B2 and higher)
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to assist passengers
• Flexibility to work in various shift patterns
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations quickly
• Pleasant appearance and high grooming standards
• Newcomers will undergo an intensive eight weeks training - 100% participation is required, training starts on 7th April, 2026.
• Valid Background Check issued by Czech CAA on the date of entering the company (more information will be provided during the hiring process)

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Recruitment Process for the position of Cabin Crew for the summer season 2026 starts already on 9th February, 2026 in Budapest. The application deadline is by 5th February, 2026

Recruitment process is conducted in two steps and lasts for two days:
(a) First day: Written test in English language, level B2 – with result over 75%
(b) Second day: Motivation and assessment interview in English language – for invited applicants only.
