• EU passport required
•  At least 18 years of age on the date of entering the company
• Clear criminal record
• Medically/ Physically/Mentally fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
• Fit to fly, good general health, no serious medical condition or chronic diseases
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• No tattoos or visible piercings (exception for one earring in the lower lobe of each ear for females only)
• Ability to swim at least 100m and to swim 10m under water - tested by Smartwings during the training.
• New recruits will undergo an intensive six- week training - 100% participation is  required (Training may already start on 1st April, 2025.)

Recruitment Process:

Recruitment Process for the position of Cabin Crew for the summer season 2025 starts already on 27th January, 2025 in Budapest. The application deadline is by 23rd January, 2025.

Recruitment process is conducted in two steps and lasts for two days:
(a) First day: Written test in English language, level B2 – with result over 75%
(b) Second day: Motivation and assessment interview in English language – for invited applicants only.
