Responsibilities

  • To manage daily business work
  • To provide full range of administrative support for Managing Director, personal assistant /executive secretary duties
  • As needed to provide administrative support for other employees of the company
  • To cooperate with the suppliers and customers
  • Stock management, draw up inventories, scrapping administration
  • Financial assistant tasks (statement monitoring, handling incoming/outgoing invoices, handling payments to the partners, cooperation with selected accounting service, controlling shipping invoices, handling invoice claims, petty cash handle)
  • Managing HR related matters and documents
  • Handling cooperation with selected attorney at law company
  • Full support for travelling organisation, training events, marketing/conference events
  • ISO 9001 certification support
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, catering
  • Administration of occupational safety and health tasks
  • To prepare spares offers, orders, warranty issues, purchase orders
  • As needed cooperation on meetings for the potential and ongoing projects, especially where knowledge of local language is needed
  • Shipping coordination, liaise with forwarding company and factory
  • Other tasks according to instructions of the employee’s direct superior and director of the company and in cooperation with other employees

Requirements

  • Higher education degree
  • 3-5 years of experience 
  • English (conversational and written)
  • User level computer knowledge: MS Outlook, MS-Office (Work, Excel)
  • Precise, quality-oriented, and independent work ethic
  • Proactive, flexible mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • positive attitude and relation to the personnel and prepared to work as a part of the team
  • driving licence (B)
