Responsibilities

  • To manage business operations and the development of strategic sales & marketing plan for the Thermal Management product range
  • To build and maintain business relationship with customers, prospects and partners
  • Focus on identifying, pursuing and closing new projects for B2B customers on Thermal Management product range and also for the range of other products represented by the Employer
  • To maintain an accurate sales volume
  • To prepare offers, tenders, delivery and service contracts, place orders to suppliers, follow-up of accounts receivable
  • To coordinate and work closely with the service engineers of the company
  • To prepare and perform marketing and sales presentations
  • To cooperate on marketing and sales events
  • preparation of monthly reports for Employee’s direct superior and director as needed
  • preparation of yearly sales plans for the Thermal Management product range
  • responsible for achieving of yearly sales plans
  • prepare reports for the partners as needed
  • managing the projects as needed
  • preparing handover reports and documentation for the projects
  • as needed cooperation on meetings for the potential and ongoing projects
  • taking care for the companies car and other assets of the company
  • other tasks according to instructions of the Employee’s direct superior and director of the company

Requirements

  • Mechanical or similar engineer qualification
  • English (conversational)
  • User level computer knowledge: MS outlook, MS-Office (Work, Excel, Powerpoint), DWG Trueview and other
  • At least 2 years of experience in the sales of precision cooling or cooling systems sales
  • Industry related contact database is an advantage
  • Experience in tender participation and full technical and financial documentation preparing
  • Customer-orientated, ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driving license (B)
