Responsibilities
- The purpose of the job is to support the growing business of A/C compressor S&P activity in Europe
- Develop and execute A/C compressor product line strategy: business case development, cost estimation & target setting, financial feasibility study, global project management
- Manufacturing footprint optimization of global A/C compressor: business case study for new manufacturing location decision, plant expansion, make/buy analysis of major components, plant/organization restructuring and global product cycle plan management
- Support pursuit activities of A/C compressor product to global automakers: business case for customer/program in alignment with functional teams; costing & pricing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Preferred in business administration or mechanical/electrical engineering)
- Experienced in automotive industry
- Experienced in one of the departments: sales, finance, purchasing or engineering
- Finance & Accounting knowledge
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal/written)
- No restriction of overseas business trip
Nice-to-have
- Other languages preferred (German)
