This role plays a vital part in driving business performance by combining customer acquisition, relationship management, financial oversight, and operational responsibility. It bridges commercial strategy with execution while ensuring compliance, safety, and long-term value creation.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Identifying new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients
• Supporting contract negotiations with external business partners
• Preparing, reviewing, and managing sales and contractual documentation
• Contributing to yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales planning
• Managing sales proposals and overseeing financial settlement for P&L reporting
• Leading and coordinating the Business Development team
• Handling sales claims and liaising with insurance companies and agents
• Monitoring sales KPIs and ensuring operational and safety compliance
