Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial and business development strategies for specific clients and segments.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, recognize opportunities, and execute them.
  • Design and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Follow up on proposals, negotiate agreements, and prepare contracts.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and present services.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams and departments.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to management.
  • Represent the company in regional and global organizations, participate in trade exhibitions and fairs.
  • Contribute to marketing and event organization tasks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and technical attitude.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel globally.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MSc is an advantage).
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
