Responsibilities

  • Identifying international business opportunities for licensing-out,
  • Building long-term relationships with new partners, conducting full BD process, negotiating agreements,
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing distribution (and other) partners,
  • Developing yearly business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls,
  • Meeting the planned sales goals,
  • Conducting competitor and market analysis,
  • Representing the company at international conferences, partnering events,
  • Preparing partnering documents eg. distribution agreements and ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines,
  • Taking part in regulatory procedures, product notification/reimbursement process in the respective territories

Requirements

  • University/college degree in relevant area, experience in natural sciences is an advantage,
  • At least 5 years of proven working experience as business development manager or other relevant role (e.g. sales manager, marketing manager, territory manager etc.),
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written),
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Flexibility, willingness to travel,
  • Time management and planning skills,
  • Adaptability, being able to work in a team and independently as well,
  • Driving license category “B” with at least 5 years active driving experience
