Business Data Analyst

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Fuel department.
• Create, manage, and develop databases containing cost and revenue data; ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Perform data analysis and forecasting related to fuel sales, traffic, and revenue.
• Develop prediction models for forecasting revenue and margin and recommend optimal pricing strategy for each location
• Prepare business performance analyses for the entire filling station network and individual units.
• Support business planning at both company and unit level.
• Prepare ad hoc business analyses and reports to support decision-making.
• Develop and monitor cost management guidelines.
• Participate in the preparation of investment decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain contact with external partners and service providers.

• Proven experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Professional use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database tools (Power BI, PowerPivot, VBA, SQL + new developments).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data integrity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Professional Business English knowledge

Experience in reporting or data analysis roles is an advantage.
