Responsibilities
Ensure accurate month-end-closing, quarterly and annual financial reporting
Annual Budget and supporting documentation
Quarterly valuation supporting documentation
Support Local and Group Finance
Control, management and forecasting of revenues and costs
Scheduled and Ad-hoc reports for Multi and Client
Prepare the annual Service Charge Settlement reconciliation
Providing expertise and consultancy to Company’s employees
Requirements
3-5 years experience in Controlling
Experience in reporting in IFRS
Advanced user of MS Excel
Work independently
Excellent communication skills are required with fluency in English
A “can-do” mentality and an ability to work under pressure
Nice-to-have
experience in real estate industry
