Feladatok

  • Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities and campaigns across various media channels and within the own channel
  • Actively participate in annual marketing planning: developing, managing, and evaluating marketing activities in line with the accepted annual marketing plan
  • Collaboration with media agencies; preparing briefs, evaluating and approving media plans, reviewing post-campaign reports
  • Preparing, coordinating, and evaluating sales support plans and programs to maximize coffee sales
  • Monitoring and analyzing market and competitor trends, conducting market and consumer analyses to establish appropriate pricing and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with central and international marketing teams, local agencies, authorities, and with sales, as well as the international market research department and other divisions, to ensure unified messaging and effectiveness in achieving brand objectives.
  • Planning and monitoring costs related to marketing activities for assigned brands, ensuring the effective allocation of financial resources to maximize returns.

Elvárások

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing).
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in Brand Management
  • Experience in online and offline brand communication.
  • Negotiable English language skills.
  • Business acumen and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (good organizational skills)
  • Proactivity and result-oriented mindset, strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, basic knowledge of SAP
  • High-level experience in using Nielsen and GfK market research data

The Brand Manager is responsible for the Tchibo brand and the associated coffee accessories. She/he independently manages the brand along the 4P framework (product, price, place, and promotion). The Brand Manager will develop and execute marketing activities for the associated product portfolio to achieve optimal product support, sales, and results, while also ensuring cohesive brand building.
