Responsibilities
BOM Maintenance (Technical Documentation) & Set-up:- Manage the full lifecycle of manufacturing BOMs.
- Create and maintain articles.
- Define and update technical data.
Product & Process Change Management:- Manage changes driven by external and internal factors.
- Own and oversee the change management process, ensuring smooth transitions.
Samples Management:- Oversee the ordering, planning, and execution of sample requests from both internal and external customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of samples.
Requirements
- Technical school or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- SAP experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of daily experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience working in a project environment, preferably as a project assistant or similar role.
- Experience with people and ability to manage expectations.
- SCM experience
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
