Service department
  • Kind and friendly greeting of customers.
  • The highest possible level of customer management.
  • Understand how systems measuring quality of service and customer satisfaction work.

Sales
  • Implement or exceed the sales plan whenever possible.
  • Take advantage of the tools available to ensure that customers have access to the full set.
  • Sales promotion by suggesting the purchase of additional products.

Visual Merchandising
  • Care must be taken to ensure that the products on the shelves are always aesthetic and tidy, as well as presentable.
  • Replenishing inventory so that buyers have access to the entire size range.
  • Update product prices and storefront.
General
  • Replacing absent staff and fulfilling duties.
  • Representing JD Sports in the most professional way.
  • Work in compliance with safety regulations.
