Backend Developer – AI Integration Specialist

As a mid-level Backend Developer – AI Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing AI-driven features within our CCaaS platform. You will leverage Azure’s AI services and tools to create seamless and intelligent real-time communication solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of backend development, AI/ML integration, and expertise in Azure technologies to build scalable, efficient, and secure systems.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

.NET Development

• Expertise in building and maintaining backend applications using .NET.
• Knowledge of .NET Core and its integration with cloud-based AI/ML solutions.

Web Technologies

• Proficient in websocket, HTTP, and REST.
• Hands-on experience in API design and implementation.

AI/ML Integration

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Open AI, Translator, Cognitive Services, Bot Services).
• Knowledge of designing and deploying AI/ML workflows using Azure Machine Learning and Data Factory.

Real-Time Communication

• Proven experience with WebRTC, SIP, and RTP protocols.

Data Streaming

• Expertise in handling large datasets and real-time streaming solutions, leveraging Azure Event Hub, Stream Analytics, or equivalent technologies.

Security:

• Deep understanding of API authentication protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and API keys.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Hungarian and English at an intermediate, conversational level

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to design AI-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work across teams including frontend, data science, and product management.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to scalability and performance optimization.

WORK EXPERIENCE
3+ years

• Knowledge of Azure SAS products and how to leverage them for enhanced security and performance.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying scalable backend services.
• Understanding of Azure-based serverless solutions, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

About your contract:

• Full time, indefinite
• Working hours: 40 hours/week, office hours
• Flexible working location (remote or hybrid at the Budapest office in XII. district)
