B2B Segment Manager

The B2B Segment Manager is responsible for managing segment related propositions and marketing aspects. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives to reach business and marketing ambitions. The manager works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions of B2B segments

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Independent support and professional management of key, strategic projects affecting the B2B segments;
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market, competitors and opportunities through regular analysis;
  • Monitor the B2B segment’s current and future needs, attitudes and insights;
  • Independent management of projects, performance of the tasks in the project and their coordination in specific cases, preparation of management information and summaries;
  • Determine segment initiatives, campaigns, promotions based on customer opportunities and technological innovations;
  • Create from new propositions including commercial design, business case and go-to-market aspects;
  • End-to-end management of campaigns, promotions and projects aiming the development of B2B segments;
  • Annual and quarterly planning, implementation and evaluation of the activities necessary to implement the marketing strategy;
  • Monitoring the profitability of the segment and related channels;
  • Preparation and presentation of summary presentation materials related to tasks, projects, (managerial) statuses or decision-making issues, as well as collecting the necessary information;
  • Via liaison with other departments and organizations ensure that marketing activities are aligned and integrated with other parts of the business.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field (Master's degree preferred);
  • Relevant 3-5 years experience in segment marketing, knowledge of telecommunications industry is an advantage;
  • Strong understanding of telecommunication products, services, and technologies, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge;
  • Precise, accurate work, multitasking;
  • Customer-oriented thinking and working;
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
  • Hardworking attitude and eager to learn;
  • Autonomous way of work;
  • Active, doer, practical approach.
