Assistant Store Manager / Üzletvezető-helyettes

We are currently looking for a colleague for the position of Assistant Store Manager for our Mango store in Budapest.
You will help the store manager in increasing the turnover of the store, in customer service, and in performing the daily tasks necessary for the operation of the store.

• Providing excellent customer service in the store
• Analysis and planning of indicators necessary to increase traffic
• Monitoring and analysis of the KPIs defined by Mango
• Adherence to Visual Merchandising rules in order to increase traffic
• Knowledge of the collection, maintaining the optimal inventory level
• Team management: exemplary behavior and excellent communication skills
• Recruitment: preparation of interviews, trainings and evaluations
• Preparing the necessary administration
• Motivating the team, conducting team meetings
• English-language contact with the various departments in Spain

• Proven leadership ability: Motivating and inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Sales Vision: Passion for sales and ability to grow revenue.
• Problem Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and find creative solutions.
• Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• We are looking for a motivated team player who is active, sociable and can demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a background in fashion and solid commercial knowledge.
• 1-3 years of professional experience
• English - Basic/conversational level
