Area Sales Manager Export

• The focus of your role is the consulting and sales of our product portfolio as well as the positioning of the SELVE brand among trade and industrial customers within your sales territory.
• You are responsible for developing existing customer relationships and systematically acquiring new customers.
• As a competent and reliable contact person, you ensure sustainable growth in your region through active sales, technical consulting, and consistent relationship management.
• You analyze market and competitive situations, identify potential, and derive appropriate sales measures.
• You work closely with the internal sales team and report directly to the Head of Export.
• The position requires approximately 50% travel, including multi-day trips within the sales territory.

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with a focus on sales.
• Professional experience in field sales, preferably in the areas of windows, roller shutters, sun protection systems, or comparable technical products.
• Proven experience in new customer acquisition, professional customer support, and technical consulting.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, a high level of personal responsibility, goal-oriented working style, and a confident, persuasive manner.
• High mobility and willingness to travel; overnight stays are a matter of course for you.
• Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• You handle office and administrative tasks in a structured and independent manner from your home office.
