Responsibilities

• Implement, achieve and monitor sales targets, including sales plans and performance indicators.
• Take responsibility for achieving sales results and monitor them on an ongoing basis.
• Obtain and accurately interpret market needs and trends.
• Consistent implementation of internal sales processes.
• Implement sales strategy in line with internal company policies and documents.
• Maximizingthe value of features, equipment and services together with appropriate pricing policies.
• Consistent use of information systems to support the sales process. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Continuous effort to seek and acquire new customers for EW.
• Proactively contact and communicate with potential customers and EW.
• Regularly present EW products, in particular the fuel system, to potential customers.
• Maintain strong business relationships with existing customers.
• Develop new sales strategies and create new sales channels.
• Managing and maintaining databases (CRM) with the necessary information.
• Participate in negotiations and actively seek to successfully conclude contracts between EW and customers.

Requirements

  • Secondary school with graduation
  • Experience of 5 years in sales, logistics, fuel card or toll provider, or financial industry with digital sales
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
  • Very professional customer focus and ability to build relations
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Cooperative with other team members
  • Excellent analytical, quick decision-makingn making skills and structured approach problem-solving
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactive approach to complex problem resolution
  • Responsibility, accountability, effective time management
  • Ability to work with IT systems like CRM, Power BI
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel with time flexibility
  • English language – minimum pre-intermediate level, active knowledge welcome
  • Driving licence — group B
