Area sales manager

• Initiating and performing business meetings with potential customers
• Building customer accounts
• Key Account Management to large customers and managing the relationships with distributors
• Monitoring and analyzing daily sales activities
• Carry out trainings and seminars, promote product range at trade fairs and shows
• Administrative Activities
• Follow-up and reporting
• Weekly and monthly sales reporting
• Administrating and maintaining CRM-system
• Weekly delegations, 2-3 days

• Has a good B2B sales experience, preferably for industries (energy, automation, cabling, train or automotive would be a benefit.
• Is a good negotiator and communicator.
• Is experienced from working for international companies.
• Will be working in Hungarian and Romanian market.
• Speaks fluent English,Hungarian, Romanian written and spoken. Polish would be an extra benefit.
• Understands the teamwork, reporting and planning.
• Has a proven track record in developing B2B sales with proven growth, results, KPI’s.
• Is energetic with positive attitude and loves being out meeting the customers every day.
• Has a university degree.
• Has used modern distant working solutions, worked with ERP, CRM systems.
