Architecture Designer

• Manage client requests and integrate them into design drawings
• Propose design modifications to optimize costs while adhering to codes and client specifications
• Oversee the design schedule and quality, ensuring alignment with project needs
• Collaborate with design institutes and conduct drawing reviews
• Support local marketing initiatives and contribute to market expansion efforts
• Assist in coordinating with other construction disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical)

Elvárások:

• Bsc or Msc degree in architecture or a related field
• Hungarian Architect's License
• 3 + years of experience in an Architecture / Designer role
• Fluent Hungarian 
• Fluent English or Chinese language
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, etc.
• Familiarity with Hungarian and EU building regulations, codes, and standards
• Portfolio of high-quality professional work and project samples 
• Strong teamwork, communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology is a plus
