Responsibilities

Would you like to provide support in the operation of airlines' IT systems? Do you like to solve problems and be driven by various tasks?

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of integration partners (such as travel agents or travel technology providers) against the New Distribution Capability (NDC) API
  • Manage multiple larger implementations independently and verify the correctness of the implementation
  • Create and validate technical requirements
  • Active communication and coordination between the integration provider, IT and business department
  • Support and work actively within the 2nd level application support
  • Work with IT providers based in the U.S. and offshore
  • Professional creation and maintenance of documentation

Requirements

 

  • A good understanding of APIs, XML in particular and API integration
  • Have knowledge in business analysis, software integration, testing and validation
  • Know-how in any of the following airline domains and systems:
    • Distribution, Revenue Management, Pricing, Passenger Service Systems, Ticketing
    • Travel Agent IT environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluent English 

Nice-to-have

  • Navitaire, Amadeus Altea, Farelogix know-how
  • German knowledge
