AirOcean Freight Forwarding Specialist (Full Remote)

We are looking for someone who already has experience in the field and can independently manage shipments and client processes end-to-end. If this sounds like your day-to-day, this could be a strong next step for you.

Feladatok

Your daily work will focus on the full coordination of shipments:

• handling and processing customer orders

• organizing and managing air and/or ocean shipments end-to-end

• continuously tracking shipment statuses

• communicating with clients and handling inquiries

• collaborating with the Customer Service team on deadlines and updates

• maintaining smooth cooperation with subcontractors

Elvárások

• At least 1 year of experience in air and/or ocean freight forwarding

• Confident English skills (both written and spoken)

• You like to see the bigger picture, while keeping control of the details

• You are comfortable communicating with clients, not just working in the background

• You can work independently and stay organized in a remote setup
