Air Freight Team Leader / Supervisor

This role combines operational and leadership responsibilities: beyond coordinating daily activities, you will be responsible for a team, including handling escalations and continuously improving operational performance.

Feladatok:

• Managing the daily operations of air freight forwarding

• Monitoring shipments end-to-end and intervening when needed

• Handling critical, time-sensitive cases and escalations

• Maintaining contact with key clients and partners

• Cooperating with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Service)

• Supporting, onboarding and developing team members

• Tracking KPIs, preparing reports and contributing to process improvements

Elvárások:

• Hungarian language skills
