- Leading the Agile Transformation process: building, increasing and sustain maturity of high-performing self-organized Agile teams
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones
- Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Agile/Scrum adoption, incl. the Scrum values
- Ensures that all Agile/Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
- Guides, trains and coaches the agile team/s. Supports the Scrum Master in building high-performing self-organized teams that enable organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams and organization level. Coaches the teams and the larger organization to employ an iterative, incremental approach to optimize predictability and to decrease uncertainty
- Conducts contemporary assessments of the Agile maturity across the organization and proposes and implements measures for improvement
- Creates and maintains repository on typical Project Management, Agile and Hybrid frameworks, procedures, methodologies, and templates to be used and applied – ensure overall and proper use of it across K&H:
- Maintain local Agile Management frameworks, methodologies, practices, processes, standards, software solutions and templates (including standard and Hybrid projects) in accordance with industry standards and Group requirements
- Responsible to define, communicate, enforce, and monitor the usage of the methodologies, templates, and standards
- Ensures a strict governance process for Agile teams approval, project/team review and project portfolio prioritization
