Lear Corporation Magyarország Kft.győri telephelyére keresünk:, Work in an international environment in the central Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Team for EuropeSupport Industrialization of new LEAR Production Site in Kecskemet, Hungary.Support project/product launches (cost optimization, deadlines, quality) and production. Work together with Plant Industrial Engineering teams to ensure implementation of layouts, processes and equipment most efficient, using reliable equipment and following well defined standards to enable the plants to deliver the right product at lowest cost, in the right quality and on time.Carry out, update and verify Assembly Time Studies based on BasicMOST Method.Roll out of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering standards and track progressIncrease standardisationWorking together with other departments (such as Production System IT; Costing team; Equipment team; Automation team and central logistics)Support on engineering changes (costing and process changes)Support plants to improve KPI´sSupport and audit plant teams in PFMEASupport plant teams for CAPEX planning and executionLook for process innovations and support roll out, Completed degree in industrial engineering or comparable degrees3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering (preferred in seating/ automotive business)Business Fluent: English and HungarianSound knowledge of MS-OfficeExperience in project management beneficialUnderstanding of Lean Production and the desire for continuous improvementcommunication skills combined with team spiritIndependent, motivated, results- oriented work styleWillingness to travel and flexibility (50%)AutoCAD knowledgeTime study knowledge (preferred MOST or MTM), ,
