Responsibilities

In GE Aerospace, NPI stands for New Product Introduction. In our component reapir facility of Veresegyhaz, it refers to the process of bringing a new repair product (e.g. a new engine component or a new or an updated repair process) from concept to market. NPI encompasses all stages of repair development, including design, testing, validation, manufacturing, and delivery, ensuring that the product meets customer and regulatory requirements and adheres to GE Aerospace's standards for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).

The NPI Administrator is providing administrative support for the NPI Engineering team in daily management. The NPI Administrator will perform database managements and dashboard updates for the NPI Engineering team to assure proper up to date status of NPIs and to assure real time readiness spot check possibility at any time.

  • NPI program planning, data collection and uploading to relevant tools
  • Maintain regular KPI update in systems & visual boards and NPI Engineering databases 
  • Cross check of NPI deliverables readiness
  • Create and maintain site level capability list, communicate cost and timing
  • Managing tooling orders and scraps 
  • Creating and Printing documents in Word and Excel
  • Other NPI related administrative activities 

Requirements

  • Efficient communication skills in English and Hungarian (both written and verbal)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with SAP or SmartSheet
  • Technical education or affininty to learn and understand complex technical details and processes
