Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the center of Budapest. As Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. You will also provide administrative support to the team and perform general clerical functions.

Requirements

  • Excellent English in speaking and writing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Google Drive, and light excel skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
