Our client is in search of a Financial Assistant to join their growing Group Reporting Team. The new colleague will contribute actively to all controlling processes and accountable for operating the financial reporting function including regular and ad-hoc reports for more regions.
You will meet daily with the following tasks:
-Establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with external and internal clients, colleagues and management
-To provide advice / support to other team members to enable and ensure their contribution to outputs and adherence to procedures
.Updating and maintaining Accounts Receivables ledgers
-Collaboration with other departments (Data, AP, CA, CM, Estate Management)
-Supporting the team's back up structure
-Internal and external audit support
-Cash collection – written and mostly verbal contact with tenants
-Managing inter account bank transfers
-Ad hoc Monthly reporting upon request
