Accounts Receivable Collections Intern

• Processing Credit Card payments
• Contacting partners for remittances
• Sending out payment links
• Sending invoice / credit memo copies
• Solving/Allocating unallocated payments
• Helping out the NAM Collection team with ad-hoc requests

• Active or passive university student status in finance-related field
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English
• Resilience in resolving problems
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
• The ability of working to tight deadlines and being able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong team player with ability to work with remote and international teams
• Positive, can-do attitude, problem solver, inspiring and energetic
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels within a large organization
• A quick learner who enjoys overcoming challenges, resolving issues or escalating as needed

• Availability to work at least 20-25 hours per week
• Flexible work schedule during weekdays between 9:00-18:00

• 2300 Ft/hour in gross
• Mandatory internship confirmation
• Long-term internship position
• Home office opportunity (2-3 office days/week)

• Additional European language knowledge
