Main responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the accounting team to ensure smooth operations
- Mentoring, guiding, and developing the team’s professional skills, along with managing their training
- Assessing and encouraging team performance and motivation
- Supervising monthly accounting processes and data management
- Providing regular communication with Clients on a daily basis
- Performing due diligence reviews, creating summaries, and delivering presentations to the Client
- Overseeing and organizing monthly and annual tax returns
- Managing and compiling month-end closings, financial reports, and reviewing service charge calculations
- Supervising and finalizing year-end closing processes
- Assisting with audits
- Handling communication with Authorities and managing inspection processes
Required skills:
- Certified Chartered Accountant with in-depth knowledge of both Hungarian and IFRS GAAP standards
- Over 10 years of solid experience in accounting
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in outsourcing
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in English
