Responsibilities

· Supporting the external accounting firm with monthly closing and payroll processes
· Preparing internal reports and reporting to Management
· Performing assigned duties as directed by Management
· Checking, registering, and processing invoices
· Preparing bank transfers
· Purchasing and managing office supplies
· Supporting annual audits
· Managing communication with the accounting firm, company lawyer, headquarters, and other non-operational partners
· Handling additional accounting, HR, and general administration tasks as required

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree (a relevant field is an advantage)
· Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
· Experience in reporting and analysis for Management decision making
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken
· Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
