Accountant – Szeged

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, supporting key accounting and reporting processes while collaborating across departments and regions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and record supplier and customer invoices in the accounting system
• Reconcile invoices with contracts, purchase orders, and delivery confirmations
• Issue customer invoices and manage related documentation
• Track incoming invoices, receipts, and payments
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare accruals
• Prepare reconciliations, reports, and monthly statements
• Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal departments
• Assist auditors by providing required documentation
• Participate in the implementation and testing of the new ERP system
• Improve financial processes and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Maintain accurate and timely accounting records
• Collaborate with the international finance team on group reporting

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Accuracy, reliability, and analytical mindset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident user of MS Excel and other office applications
