Responsibilities

What will you be doing?
The successful candidate will participate in Master Data Management (MDM) migrations and transitions. Apart from that he/she will need to understand and handle new GL account /cost center/mapping IT setups in the ERP's, and
  • Ensure all MDM requests are completed properly.
  • Ensure that all vendor related master data changes (new setup, changes, reactivation, deactivation) are set accurately in the ERP’s. 
  • Ensure that all customer related master data changes (new setup, changes, reactivation, deactivation) are set accurately in the ERP’s. 
  • Own vendor IBAN independent verification process.
  • Meet MDM KPI's.
  • Keep contact with external vendors, customers, sales and purchasing departments
  • Handle master data mailboxes, follow-up on supplier and customer queries.
  • Handle the tracking file for all MDM status.
  • Support audit and SOX processes.
  • Perform any other directly related duties assigned

Requirements

Who are You?
To be successful in this role you need to be a Qualified accountant or equivalent, to have minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance and accounting (AP preferred), preferably with some shared services center experience. You need to be on communication level of English (is a must), and should be a native Hungarian speaker. Any additional language (French or German) is an advantage.

  • Experience of working in a team.
  • Work effectively within cross-functional teams. 
  • Some experience with ERP systems, JDE and SAP experience preferable.

  • Strong financial, IT and analytical skills coupled with operational focus. 
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Ability to think analytically, focus on the big picture, yet to be able to drill into the detail and understand the impact. Understand how the business works and the upstream and downstream activities that impact and are impacted by Finance.
