This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health of a multinational organization within its EMEA region.You will be a key player in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Implement EMEA payroll operations aligned with global strategy and HR objectives. Lead a team of 10-12, supported by 3-4 supervisors, ensuring service efficiency and risk mitigation while scaling the Budapest team. Collaborate with vendors for accurate, timely payroll processing. Ensure compliance with tax and labor laws, resolving payroll issues proactively. Oversee payroll reporting, tax documentation, and compliance manuals. Work with Legal, Compliance, and Benefits teams to manage risks. Drive process improvements, modernize payroll metrics, and enhance employee experience. Develop best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics. Mentor and develop the payroll team for operational excellence. Own operational and SOX controls, ensuring compliance. Manage payroll projects within deadlines and budgets. Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data.
